At Wake Nation’s giant, inflatable waterpark (aka, the Aqua Park), you’re never too old to be a kid! Choose from the mild section designed for ages 6+, either one of the larger sections with more thrilling features designed for the “bigger” kid in all of us, or compete against a friend and race the course!

For the ultimate thrill, prepare to soar through the air from our Launch Slide! Select from a mild, medium, or spicy launch experience and then send it! The Launch Slide is a must-do for birthday parties and group events, and offers that next-level of fun for those hard-to-please teens and adults! Recommended for ages 10 and up.

  • Our Aqua Park season is approximately late May to early September. The Launch Slide season can extend into the early or late season. See our Calendar & Hour page for the exact dates, hours of operation.
  • Save time and money on your visit. Fill your waiver out ahead of time and purchase tickets online. Waiver links are at the bottom of any page on this website and visit the Shop page to purchase tickets.
  • All participants must attend a brief safety meeting, before play or launch. Orientations are given at the top of each hour.
  • Ages 6+ is recommended for the Aqua Park. Ages 10+ is recommended for the Launch Slide.
  • No reservations are required for general admission. Reservations are recommended for groups and birthday parties of 10 or more.
  • Outside food, beverages, and glass containers are not allowed. However,  we do allow cake and ice cream for birthday/other parties.
  • Parking is FREE!
  • Pet friendly. Your friendly, well-behaved pup is welcome. Be sure to plan for shade and fresh water, and pick up after fido.
  • Spectators and non-participating individuals are FREE.

Aqua Park & Launch Slide tickets are valid for any single day we are open during the season. Safety orientations are given at the top of each hour. See the Calendar & Hour page for exact Aqua Park and Launch Slide hours and dates of operations. All tickets are non-refundable.

Do it all and have the ultimate day! Kneeboarding is safe, fun, and easy! Kneeboarding is only allowed during slow cable speeds. See calendar. Kneeboard first, then enjoy the Aqua Park and or the Launch Slide. 

Youth Season Pass
The Youth Season Pass (ages 15 and under) gives the passholder unlimited access to the Aqua Park, Launch Slide, and kneeboarding / wakeboarding on the main cable during any slow session. Rental gear (kneeboard, helmet, vest) is also included during any slow session. See the Youth Pass on the Cable Park page for additional details.

No Lifeguard on Duty
There are no lifeguards at Wake Nation. Wake Nation staff and attendants are not lifeguards. Regardless of age or swimming skills, the provided life jacket must be worn at all times by all participants. Adult supervision must also be present at all times for any child under the age of 12.
